And so it came, the day that seems so far away, the date that is so almighty, the moment that is almost unreal. It's ORD!! It's akin to that god-mode cheat you used in the game; suddenly the sai kangs got deflected, the Sergeant Majors can only smile at you and you can walk around the camp unhindered!! I can still fondly remember my first day at P.Tekong, surrendering my pink IC in exchange for my 11B and circling my ORD date and wondering will it ever come? Perhaps outsiders will feel that it's fast but I can only say, The days long but the years are short!

There are probably too many tales to recount and I am not a good storyteller either. Well anyways, next up shall be my ICTs. I feel so Operationally-Ready!

It has been quite a sometime since I handle SAR21 and I was called up to participate in the mandatory ATP at Nee Soon Camp. It also means I have to dig around for my kevlar helmet and ear plugs. For all who is unfamiliar with ATP, it simply means a bit more cheem live range. Pardon me if it sounds too simple because I can't go into the details due to security concerns.

It's the first time I am attending any military package not as a trainee and it does feel quite odd to have the commanders speaking nicely to us. The whole live range has been conducted in true SAF fashion -- talk cock and wait while the organizers scramble. Thankfully, Nee Soon Camp range has a canteen (ninja canteen?!) and I think the vendors should be able to move to a bungalow by the end of the year with the traffic there. Anyways, I scored 20 out of 28, with reshoot somemore (wtf!!) Guess I am really rusty!!

I don't want to see anyone f***ing playing star wars with their LAD in the range!!
